Eligibility Questions
Please confirm that you are eligible to enter the UK ECG Qualifier by answering the following questions.
For group entries, remember the cap is four group members, and all members of the group must meet the requirements.
When filling out for a group entry, please be sure you are confirming that all members meet eligibility requirements

Please confirm you understand this is a waitlisted application.
If you previously submitted an application before it was on waitlist mode, you can still edit it and can select the 'I'm editing a previously submitted application' selecting this option for a new application submitted while the form is on waitlist mode is not a way to subvert the waitlist, and could result in your application being suspended.

I'm interested in entering the ECG Qualifier on the Sunday of Megacon Live Manchester.

What age will you be on the day of the qualifier? *

Are you a UK Citizen or hold Permanent Residency? *
Entrants with a UK Passport, or Indefinite Leave to Remain may enter. Those who hold Irish Passports and have documents of their residency in Northern Ireland may also enter.

Have you made 80% or more of your cosplay? *

Do you have a passport and are able to travel to France? *
The chosen UK Representative for the ECG Finals will be expected to travel to France for the finals held at JapanExpo in July. Travel and accommodation for the UK Representative will be covered. We will need to see your passport at pre-check on the day of the event.

Have you entered an ECG Qualifier in another country for Season 15? *
Entrants who are eligible at multiple countries qualifiers may only enter one qualifying show per season.

Has the cosplay you are entering ever placed or won a prize at an International Competition before? (such as, ECG, ICL, Crown, WCS etc) *

Is the cosplay based upon an official reference? (not fanart, original designs, mash-ups or unofficially licensed sources) *
Cosplays must be based upon official references from the source material. If your cosplay is based on fan art, or is an original design/character consider entering our Artificer class on the Saturday!

Requirements for UK Qualifiers of the ECG Not Met
Based upon your answers you are not eligible to enter the UK Qualifier for ECG. We encourage you to enter one of our other three classes, Bard, Adventurer or Artificer. You can find the applications for the other classes over on the Megacon Live cosplay page.

Requirements for UK Qualifiers of the ECG Met
Based upon your answers you met the requirements to enter the UK Qualifier for ECG! Please proceed to completing the rest of this form in as much detail as possible in order to have your application considered.
Applications are assessed on a 'completeness' metric and not first come first served. If we are oversubscribed the most detailed and complete applications will be selected.

How many people is this entry for? *
Groups should have a 'group leader' who fills out the application for the whole group. Please put in the group leaders info for the first section of the form.
