MegaCon Live Manchester July 2024 - Trader Bookings

After your booking has been reviewed by the Trader department, usually within 2-3 working days after booking, you will receive an booking confirmation email. This email contains the details of your order. Shortly after you will receive an invoice. Please ensure to make a 50% deposit payment within 7 days of receiving your confirmation to confirm your booking. The remainder of the booking amount will become due 6 weeks before the start of the show.

Counterfeit, unlicensed merchandise:
Trading standards are likely to visit. Even with trading standards it can prove difficult to control fake/unlicenced products. We will be doing our best in advance to minimise rogue traders, but it is likely some may slip through.

If we have any traders, we feel are in breach of the show rules they will not be invited back..

At Malo Events Ltd, we are always trying to ensure the best product mix is available throughout the Event to provide the best experience for our visitors, whilst also helping to provide the greatest return on investment for our Exhibitors. PLEASE NOTE – We do have restrictions on certain products including: Weapons & Food & Drink. Please ensure your full intended product range is highlighted below so we can make you aware if there are any restrictions on these items. LICENCED AND COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS – Please be aware that Malo Events do not tolerate counterfeit products at our shows and will support trading standards and licensors with any action required. Any branded products are required to be fully licensed and clearly labelled. Please ensure you have proof of license or purchase receipts for these products. Exhibitors found to be selling fake/unlicensed products will be expected to cease all sale of such items, and in some cases, may be asked to leave the exhibition, with no possibility of a refund.

SIGNING ACTIVITY – All planned signing activity on stands must be agreed and authorised with the Organiser (Malo Events Ltd) ahead of the event.

We, the Exhibitor, hereby confirm the details above are correct. We further agree to abide by the Addendum, Rules and Regulations and Exhibitor Manual which are incorporated into this Contract and to pay the Service Charge and VAS Charges by the dates specified in the Contract. We understand that the Exhibit Space may be re-allocated if any Service Charge or VAS Charge is not paid by its due date. All bookings are final. Payments including deposits are non-refundable, however refunds would be granted should the event be cancelled, this excludes rescheduling / postponement.
