Our stewards team is responsible for supporting several areas of the event, while ensuring a great experience for everyone attending our shows. So we are looking for motivated and passionate people to help us give our attendees an amazing fan experience.

As part of the Stewards team you can:

Meet and interact with fans who like the same things you do.
Gain access to an entire community of other stewards who share your passions, while also gaining industry experience to add to your CV
Receive free admission for you to enjoy the show when you're off the clock!

How the application process work:
1) Please only apply if you are over the age of 16.
2) Fill out the below form - Tell us why you'd make an amazing steward.
2) Your application is reviewed - The Stewards Department will go through all applications and if you’re selected to steward the show, we will send you a confirmation with the shifts that you requested.

When you check in, we’ll need to see some form of photo ID to help us make sure the person who applied is the same awesome person arriving on the day.

This can be an official document like a passport or driving licence, but travel cards, student cards, or anything else with your photo on it that you couldn’t easily make yourself are also fine. (Sorry, cosplay IDs don’t count, even if they look epic!)

We also understand that not everyone’s photo ID shows their current or preferred name, there are many personal, legal, and life reasons this can happen, and that’s absolutely fine. If the name on your ID is different from the one you used to apply, please let us know below so we can make sure everything matches up smoothly.
